"Neil's was very impressive from start to finish on my backyard landscaping and pool project. The quote process went very smoothly, and turned out to be very accurate without any unexpected costs. Response times from Joe were super quick whenever I had a question, or if we made some changes to the landscaping plan. I originally had a landscape designer come up with a plan/drawing to use prior to hiring Neil's, but I would not have needed to do that after finding out how flexible Neil's was and how good they were at coming up with a plan on the fly. I know little to nothing about landscaping, but Joe and his foreman, Ivan, had excellent input and were always willing to help select plants and hardscapes. Their project closer, Scott, was also very responsive and made sure any issues were taken care of quickly. My family could not be happier with how it turned out."
